| How long does it take to receive my winnings? |
Cleopatras Palace prides itself with prompt payouts. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Requests must be made through the casino cashier. Simply enter the amount you wish to withdraw, select a withdrawal method from the left hand side of the cashier screen, and we will notify you by email when your withdrawal is sent.
A maximum of $1,500 will be sent per week.
